By accessing or using TextnityAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
TextnityAI provides AI text detection, AI-to-human rewriting, account credits, monthly subscriptions, and non-expiring top-up packs as described on the website and in the user dashboard.
Users must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity performed through their account. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or violations of these terms.
Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Included monthly credits refresh according to the active plan. Top-up credits are one-time purchases and do not expire unless otherwise stated at purchase time. Credit consumption rates are currently 1 credit per 50 words for AI detection and 1 credit per 30 words for humanization.
Billing is processed through PayPal. Refund requests are handled case by case, especially where credits have already been consumed or services have been delivered. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively reverse prior charges unless required by law.
You may not use TextnityAI to violate law, infringe rights, transmit harmful content, bypass payment controls, reverse engineer protected systems, or overload the platform. We may block abusive or suspicious usage.
You remain responsible for the text you submit and any content generated or rewritten through the service. Detection scores and rewritten outputs are assistive tools and should be reviewed before publication or submission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextnityAI is provided on an as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, perfect detection accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
